Shipping & Delivery

All our postal orders are carefully wrapped, lovingly packaged and mailed via Royal Mail.

All items are insured for their full retail value and proof of postage obtained.

How long should I expect shipping to take?

We aim to dispatch your purchases within 1-2 business days, and orders will be sent via Tacked 48. 

Please do not hesitate to get in contact with us to check on the status of your parcel.

If you need something in a rush, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to facilitate this!

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping to Europe, UK & Ireland, and USA. 

If you live elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact the shop directly to discuss a shipping quote. It would be helpful if you could provide your full address and postcode.

Do you offer a delivery service?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. This is something we may look into re-introducing at a later date though.

You can also order online for collection in our shop Lighthouse Yarns, Whitehead during business hours. We are open Tuesday-Saturday 10:00-16:00.
